Nancy joined Fitzwilliam Financial in March 2022. As the director of operations, Nancy works closely with Mike and Ben to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and oversee day-to-day operations. She is an accomplished operations/client services professional.
Nancy has worked in the financial services industry for more than 12 years and has extensive client service and project management experience. Prior to joining Fitzwilliam Financial, Nancy worked closely with clients at Samuel Financial as the director of client services. Prior to her time at Samuel Financial, Nancy worked as an estate planning paralegal for the law firm of Samuel, Sayward and Baler, LLC.
After graduating from Aquinas College, Nancy began her career working in the field of law and earned a Paralegal Certificate at Newbury College. Nancy is a supporter of the American Stroke Foundation and Project Bread.
Nancy lives in Mansfield, Massachusetts with her husband. They have twin daughters who recently graduated from the University of Vermont. Nancy enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach with a good book, and spending time with family and friends.
